This is a pretty lightweight fabric, so it doesn''t hold itself very rigid; as a result, the stripes waver and dance around a bit, which I don''t like for a dress shirt. You might prefer fabric# o418 (Green Beige Check), fabric# p305 (Blue Check), fabric# t142 (Aqua Blue and Red Checks), or another similar fabric with a higher thread count and/or two plies.
